Looking for a raffle script/ WP Plugin

Hi guys,

First thread, hoping it's in the right place!?

I'm looking for a script or WP plug in for a raffle site.
I've found some where I, the Web manager can generate raffles etc.. But I'm looking for one where users can register and then setup their own raffles via the site.

Any one know of anything?
