Looking For a Quick HTML Fix

Hi! So I need some help with HTML code.

It's some problem with a video. One video, the same name, file format, and width x height will play perfectly. Then when I add a different video but still everything else the same, it shows some weird different pixels. I've attached a screenshot on how it looks.
