Check Fiverr. There is a seller doing the exact thing you need. Maybe search for traffic clicks, traffic clicker, or ad clicker.

All those "traffic drivers" are just scam, they resell traffic from places like trafficholders or small PPCs. You will not get anything from that shit except your counter will spin.

I don't worry man, but you can get what you want only from big PPC/PPV companys and not from some "guy".
