Id like to hire a versatile, seasoned business lead provider for the foreseeable future in other words for as long as possible. I prefer a junior or senior member but if your a newbie and you can show me proof or evidence of your prowess then id be more than willing to work with you. The main thing I request is to work with someone who can provide for me two things :
1) Leads that have high conversion potential (preferably 80 to 90%conversion probability)I deal with junk leads all the time so this is why I want to hire someone who knows what their doing and who can do their research.
2) Leads that are in dire need of the service I provide. In the industry I work in quality is everything a whole day can be wasted calling people that don't offer anything at the moment.
