Looking for a python developer to build a Dribbble bot

I need a bot that will follow and unfollow users on Dribbble.

Features:

1. Be able to set time delay. (Custom Random Wait Times)
2. Auto Unfollow only users I have followed with the bot after a certain amount of days
3. Never follow the same user once they have been followed and then unfollowed
4. Be able to filter by: a. Location b. New users c. Recent Popular

I want to be able to run it locally on my MAC OSX machine. I can run the bot through command line.

Can you tell me how much this will cost and how long it will take?
