Where you get a single proxy IP - and they randomize the outgoing IP (so I don't have to get new lists all the time).

The only issue with them is they charge by the GB, I'm looking for a service that does unlimited bandwith.

Also buyproxies.org has it where you can access it through an API - Which would work as well (really didn't see any documentation on their API).

I want to just code something, where I can be hands off and not have to worry about updating a list.

Any other proxies suppliers that have API's or a Single Gateway with unlimited bandwidth?

umm http://www.stormproxies.com & http://www.microleaves.com are also good providers
 
check http://www.psproxies.com they provide exactly what you described.
 
Thanks fellow BHW'ers - All excellent examples. I sent emails to each of those places, seeing if they offered smaller packages, I don't currently have a need for the elaborate packages they currently offer.
 
SSL proxies are really good, try and check them out.
 
You can use Vip72 that is a good proxy software which might help you hiding your ip and helps you to hide your original ip
