    Hi,

We are building an email address verification tool that uses port 25 to verify email address.

We are able to verify email address without sending Emails, just need Port 25 open to make it work.

Need a rotating IP proxy (SOCKS 4/5) that gives me a new proxy address on every request.

We are willing to pay for this service.

    Any suggestions?

I personally recommend GeoSurf. Friendly staff and got me some high quality proxies. Also can rotate on every request.

    Do they allow port 25?

    Home Page:
To avoid spam, most proxy providers have port 25 close by default.

The only thing you can do is to get a VPS and set your own proxies, because I do not think any commercial provider will allow port 25 open.
