looking for a programmer

I need a lost and found program for my job. It will be set up on a mac and should allow people to click common categories of stuff people lose: wallet, keys, glasses, and a lose give them the option to manually type what they lost if it isn't shown on the list. I have a few extras I want to put into as well, but that is basically the gist of it. Just PM me if you're interested. I'll compare quotes and pick who I want to go with.
