Need a programmer to create a somewhat simple program..

This program will need to be able to have a input box for username/passwords
proxies
Message and subject

and when i hit enter or go or whatever.. it has to open this program a specified amount of times..so i can have 20 versions of the program running at once with different info..this would be different if this program had threading but it does not..

do you mean it's a browser based ,have different header ,proxy, username passord or it's a mail spamer..... ?

If you need proxy-rotation on any program - use the tool proxyfirewall - it has it all.
