[LOOKING FOR] a programmer to code a flash-based browser software for a trading website

I am working on a website targeted for commodity traders and I need to offer them a web-based flash app for showing charts - something like this: http://www.zulutrade.com/charts?

I also need to connect 30yr historical data which could project into the software, the software should process the data in many ways - different charts.

Isnt flash a bit out dated way of doing it?

That is why I need someone to do it for me. Don't know much about websites, know how to sell them though.
