Looking for a programmer/developer to create personal INSTAGRAM Engagement Rate Calculator + a couple little things

I'm looking for a dev to create a program that can tell me the average engagement rate, the average amount of likes, the average amount of comments over the past 12 Instagram posts as well as the last time they've posted. Ideally, I would like for It to look something like this:
