Looking for A Programmer / CODER... Where does everyone go?

Hey Everyone! i am looking for a Programmer / coder to write some code on my webpage . I tried Freelancer.com with no luck. Everyone who applied could barely speak English I knew they didn't really understand what I wanted. I tried a programmer / coder webpage and - again - nothing... Where does everyone go to find freelance coders ?

Why are you posting in BHW if you don't want to trade in BHW? We've programmers/coders who can code in almost all the programming languages.

Plus there is no guarantee you'll get the work done if you hired in freelancer/upwork but in BHW, you can hire only the best programmers if you purchased their packages from the marketplace.

Ive had my best luck asking for recommendations facebook groups.
Let them know the programing language and price per hour you are willing to pay.
 
You can try Upwork. I've had some success with them before on some programming / server projects. The problem is always filtering out the best candidates based on your requirements.
