Looking for a programmer/coder for a small task

Sometime ago, I hired someone here on BHW to make me a small software that would just send hits to links I enter in it. The software worked great for years. Just until recently, I don't know what happened, but the exe file won't run and software won't start. I double click on it and nothing happens. Just started happening all of a sudden and I didn't change/edit any files or anything. Can some programmer/coder take a look at it and fix it?

I don't remember who the original developer was otherwise I would definitely approach him.

I don't know what language it is but most of the files are .dll

So you just need a traffic bot right? I have one already

You input the link(s) and it navigates to the page with public proxies on a headless browser

maybe you need to reinstall .netframework if its programmed on .Net, or flush %temp% folder and try again
