Looking for a programer longterm

For the past 1,5 years I have had the best programer ever, she did many instalment for me and updated my datingsites,porntubes,etc and with a perfect work done everytime, now she have to quit since she got a fulltime work and realy have no time to help me when i need her....this makes me very saad and I have to find someone else..

Calling people NOBS and saying you only pay from time to time will not get any serious programmers interested in your offer.
