Looking for a Premium SMS payment processor

Hi! I want to receive payments from my customers via paid SMS(sending SMS with specific code to a short number). I'm providing some online services and focusing mostly on customer in France. I googled few services but looks like their contact and/or registration forms not working. Appreciate any help, thank you.
