Looking For a Popup network to monetize a chrome extension...

I have a chrome extension with some active users and I'm going to test cpm ads on it. The problem is 99% of sites only count traffic from the approved domains in our account. But in this case, I inject my cpm script on the webpages that users are surfing.. So I can't just use a single approved domain to deliver the traffic.

Are there any cpm/popup networks which provides a global script that fires on any website it has placed?

Depends upon the quality and niche of traffic, it is hard to get approve from top publishers programs.
