Looking for a plugin like this

I am looking for a plugin/code like this site: tryjav.com
Here I mean. The download link is http://fileserve.com/files.... and http://filesonic.com/files/....
But in this site they convert all to http://id2.tryjav.com/FS/... or http://id2.tryjav.com/FSN....
So anybody know how to do that ?
