Looking for a plagiarism check api for PHP

Hey, does anyone know any (free / cheap) plagiarism check api that could easily be integrated on a php based platform? I'm looking for something that could scan around 15 million words a month. The cheapest I've found so far would cost $300/month.

Alternatively, is it possible to create one without having to spend hundreds on google / bing search api?
I know a desktop tool called plagiarism checker X and they only charge around $30 for a lifetime license with no limitations. I'm curious to know how are they managing it because if they were really paying for search api, they wouldn't have been able to charge only $30 for a lifetime license. Unfortunately, they are not offering an api.

Yup. Found one on prepostseo. I comes with a monthly subscription depending upon the usage.
I actually found quiet a few such as smallseotools plagiarism checker api but prepostseo seemed to be the most affordable.

Let me know if you find anything cheaper

I just found out that plagiarism checker X is actually using Bing to make search queries so it is no hassle from google rate limits.

Hey man. I actually found one website 1text.com but I would have preferred if plagiarism checker X was offering any such API. I actually contacted them a few months ago but they told me that they aren't offering plag check API. Now here's the strange part. I'm using the plagiarism checker X pro version that allows unlimited lifetime use for $50 or 60 one-time payment. If they're using bing API, how can they even afford to offer lifetime unlimited usage :/

As it is installed on your computer, the search queries will be send from your side, so they are no fee required for them to using Bing API. You can use some web debug program to check their http request.
