Looking For A PHP Coder To Do Some Work And Help Me Run An Outsourcing Network

Well the first few $ I started making was with outsourcing people for different kinds of jobs. I had scaled that up and made a good amount of money from it. But it was a hassle to maintain and keep in order. So I taught up an idea of opening up a professional kind of website where we could manage all this from. I am looking for a PHP code to code this site and help me run it. I will do almost all of the marketing stuff and getting workers and stuff. If we can put everything in order that I used to do I can assure you we can make a lot of money from this. Now I don't want to jump right into this as currently I am working on another big project. But I would like to start discussing and planning features of what we can do.
