Looking for a payment provider in Europe

My company is registered in the Netherlands. I have an active webshop with Wordpress/Woocommerce for the sales of Household devices like Vacuum cleaners. Most important payment method is Ideal and/or CC.
Need a payment provider (not in my country because I got rejected) who can accept this kind of business and does not hostage funds. I know there are many, but the last thing I look for is all the compliance.
Of course, there will be some chargeback request from people but they will appear after 1 month. it is not stolen money by the way. It will be about the quality of the delivery of the item.

I recommend SumUp, I personally use it for my french woostore.

No luck so far. I was able to start with Sumup. and integrated Ideal payment. But after 2-3 days they wrote me an email that they decided to suspend my account, without any reason giving.
And not even 1 customer made a payment. What is the trick, which business or accepted? It is clear that a business with eletronic devices with a higher price range is not accepted by these companies. I need somebody to help me who has some experience. If you do, please send me a DM.

Stripe already stole money from 2 accounts, they are horrible. Paypal is also to risky.

Among the well-known ones, there is also Payoneer. Among the lesser-known ones, there are Payeer and Webmoney. There must be many other little-known companies that provide acquiring services for websites.
