looking for a partnership for MMO server (high potential)

profits will be split equally and you will have all the in game privileges and tools.
The person I need will be somebody that I can communicate and be friends with. (possibly somebody that has played this game before)

I need somebody to help me market a private Lineage2 server.
We make money from donation (selling weapons and Armour / skills)
I have allot of great ideas on how to get people to stay AND pay.
and i'm open to input.

I have always wanted to make my own server just because I really love the game.
So my motivation is split 50-50... between money and how awesome it is.the potential is to earn 2-3K a month.

I just need help getting it off the ground. (advertising, traffic etc)
Ive done all the set up, competition is tough tho.
