Looking for a partner who will administrate a greyhat social platform

I have came across opinions that there is a need for a social platform. A sort off yellow pages, a place for people to find joint ventures etc.

I need someone to run it. I will build the service, buy domain, advertisement, provide a good server, but i need someone to build up the community.
