Looking for a Partner re Facebook App

I want to put out a Facebook App that will contain a database of all stores in the USA, Canada, UK and Australia. Teens will simply put in their Zip/Postal and get a list of stores in a 30 mile radius (listed in order of distance) where they can get that "special dress"

I have the data already for the USA, and will do the work to get Canada, UK and Australia ready. I need someone to write the code, and to stick with me as the application gets bigger and needs work.

I can either pay fixed rate or talk about a partnership. The revenue plan is legitimate, and involves advertising with the big Prom Dress Design Houses (which I also have a list of). Over the long run, you'll make more money off a partnership of course.

You don't really need an application to do that, a simple Static FBML page is a much better solution. It's so simple you can do it yourself.
