Looking for a partner in the UK to expand current operations

I have a program that has worked very well in the US for a year now and I have been looking for ways to grow it and I would like to find a partner in the UK that might be interested in putting the same program in place there. I do want to stress that confidentiality is a must. I am the only person doing this and want to keep it that way so you must be able to keep your mouth shut about what we do and how we do it.

Nothing we do is illegal on only a little black hat. You must have a adsense account. Split would be 50/50.
