Looking for a partner for Twitter + CPA

So you're looking for someone to come with Twitter traffic and you come with the CPA offer? If that's so, why would someone do the hard work for you when he can get the CPA offers itself, having the traffic? I don't understand what you really bring to the table.

I have been messing with twitter for almost 6 months trying to get this to work. So far I have found a pretty cheap method for account shuffling, found a decent method for pushing the content, but can't seem to get the content viral in the niches I've tried that maximize earnings in CPA, but when posting stupid content non monetizable goes viral almost everytime, How much have you tried to get this to work?

What niche are you thinking about?

Depends on your niche if you can find someone on here that might be onboard with that. Side note, I believe the Joint Ventures section has a post requirement for anyone curious.
