Looking for a part time freelancer

Hi

I am looking for a part time freelancer that will write FC Barcelona news 5-6 days a week and publish them on the website and social media accounts.
The amount of daily work needed is going to be around 1 hour - in that time period I'd ask you to elaborate on latest FC Barcelona news that you'll find on twitter/other social media and publish it on my website and its social media accounts.

I am looking for someone who is proficient in English as well as has interest in football, so they understand what they're writing about. There's a possibility of increasing the amount of work.
