Looking for a niche and a program

Hello guys i am actually looking for a niche to go for.
I want to automate content creation (articles or videos) using ai and promote a product or service but i am struggling to find one. I am not a US or EU citizen so it's hard to find affilation programs where i am eligible.

Do you guys have any ideas to suggest please?

You can start with evergreen fields like VPNs, web hosting, or language teaching—all of which have high global demand and many affiliate programs accept non-US/EU affiliates.
