Looking for a new hosting, recommend please

Digitalocean is fine, though personally I would not ever host a production website there. Although my requirements may be different from yours as I have a very high traffic website with my own reverse proxy/load balancer and dedicated machine setup.
If you just want to casually host some low traffic website digitalocean will do just fine.

Poweruphosting is pretty good. I've been with HTN (which is owned by Poweruposting) for about 2 years now and never had a problem with my shared hosting. Also the support is pretty good, and right now they are having some good offers. You should give it a look on thread

Already signed up, a couple hours before you posted here, thanks to xxsaumitraxx and his post.
So far it's looking great. Will leave a feedback here in a month or so, and if I'm satisfied I will be recommending PowerUpHosting to everyone.

how long it take for them to reply?
what are their server uptime?

Our support team is very responsible. Usually they will get back to you in about 5-15 minutes on an average. If the ticket board gets extremely busy then it could take around 20 minutes.
All our servers have been up for almost 2 years straight with 100% Uptime

Among the hosting providers which you have mentioned above, i could find liquid web contains good overall rating than the others. You can go through the customers rating page before going for any of these hosting so that you can choose the best among them,

DigitalOcean good for Linux VPS. But you need more knowledge to maintain your own server. For windows dedicated server, I would recommend you to take a look at asphostportal.com server plan. They have good dedicated server pricing, it wont shock your wallet. hehe... Rackspace is other alternative, but it is very costly. Support is superb.

If I were to choose the above options, I would go with Liquid Web, they have given me no problems at all.
As for who I would suggest outside of your poll it would have to be HostDime, or JAXVPS. Both are great.
i would not go with any EIG Company, or Godaddy. They are among the worst. And the reason "review" sites have those companies on top is due to the fact they get paid more money for their referrals through the affiliate programs.
