Looking For A New Designer

Hello guys,

I need a person who can create designs for me. Ideally, I want someone who's still learning/starting, but have some skills.

The reason why I don't want a "pro" designer is because I'm not willing to spend a whole lot of money per design. Also I'm looking for a person that I can talk to on a daily basis since I'll be needing many designs constantly. Designs will be really simple and they will be used for t shirts. The way I want it to work is: I'll give you my ideas and your job is to make designs from them. Also, if you have ideas for designs in mind you can let me know and I'll pay for them as well. They should be new/fresh and unique ideas though.

I would like to see your previews work, but I won't judge you for that.

I'm not looking for a "pro" once again. I just need someone who's interested in learning and building a portfolio while making some money at the same time. I'm willing to pay $10 - $20 per design. (Keep in mind I'll be needing a bunch of designs).

Just saying a learning/starting person will not know what brush does what. =takes forever

Can you be more specific? like in what field should the designer be in? do you need the designer to design t-shirt styles?? images? apparel? be specific and good luck to you :)
