Looking for a name uniqueness tool to filter out common names

Is there any tool out there that I can import a list of thousands of first, middle, and last names into and hopefully be able to export a 2-column result, one column each name and 2nd column that name's uniqueness score?

This can be done with PHP however you would need a common name database so that you can compare common names.
