looking for a multilingual ecommerce theme and customisation assistance

I need to find a good theme that I can maintain mself
I have all the content and translation but find I am spinning my wheels trying to find the right theme/plug ins

I have a design in mind and requirments include multiple payment gateways slideshow etc...

I have a limited budget but could use some assistance from someone not greedy but interested in a longer term business relationship
