Looking for a membership site plugin with specific feature

Say I'd like to make a membership site with recipes. A person who pays monthly fee, gets 10 new recipes daily. He or she will be able to reach them on the website, so the list of available recipes will grow by 10 every day.

But I won't be adding 10 recipes daily to the site, I upload them all at once and 10 of them will be "unlocked" every day. Subscriber gets a feeling that these recipes are freshly added. Email notification feature will be desired, so the person gets daily email saying... "Dear XY, 10 new recipes have been added to our collection, view them ...."

What I have in mind is something like tumblr's post scheduler only more advanced and tailored to membership sites. Can anyone experienced in membership sites please say if there is a membership plugin with such feature?

What you're referring to is called "drip feeding" content. It can be done with various membership plugins (DAP, Paid Memberships Pro, etc).

I'd jump onto OptimizePress, sounds like exactly what you need. Being able to drip-feed content and have several membership levels that users can signup onto.
