Looking For a Long-Term WP+GFX Designer

Essentially, I'm about to launch my own blog network, but a quality one with outsourced freelance writing rather than spun ones and with unique designs. As such, I'm looking for a designer who is good with logos and wordpress designs. I'll set-up the site, give you an idea for who it's geared towards, and then you can go from there.
