Looking for a little help with facebook/twitter

Hey guys long time lurker here, Hopefully someone can help or point me in the right direction. I have set up two social accounts for my blog Facebook and twitter, I want to build up friends on FB and followers on twitter so i can promote my website. My question is how can i keep the accounts from getting banned/blocked I have a PVA twitter but after i follow one person i get prompted to enter the verification code and don't fancy doing this after every follow. Same for my facebook asking me to identify these people. Any one have a solution to this problem ?

just dont violate their privacy policy. clear ur cache cookies properly. be careful about the posts u r posting. if the content is good. ur acc should not get banned
