Looking for a link cloaker plugin

I'm looking for a wordpress link cloaker plugin that does the following them

when a user clicks a cloaked link > shows a page on my site that says something link "redirecting now" and has a custom javascript for link tracking on it > moves to the destination url

is there something like that?
