Looking for a Link Builder

Hi Guys

Im looking for a good link builder to get me initially 200 Links on .co.uk sites ( all unique domains )

All links must be Whitehat, Im looking for someone that has the ability to get the best links available to them from all kinds of site, if blogging the comments must be on topic and manual

A mixture of links from Articles, actual sites, blog posts,

All pages where the links are must have at least a PR of 1 and the site must be older than 12 months I will want a report at the end of the work (No bookmarks or forum post)

If all works well there is an opportunity for a repeat work across 5 different sites which should keep that person fairly busy

Yes that would be nice but they do have to be .co.uk links please let me know your costs and a small sample of sites please

Thanks for the replys so far, im in talks with a couple of people but nothing signed yet, but can i ask to keep on topic, i only require .co.uk links, if you can supply those then please feel free to get in touch, its an ongoing project so will hire a few different people to help me with this
