semrush will do that, i think it comes with 15 search trials. enough to get what you need. you can also use a vpn and use it a few times if needed

if you want to really ttrack thei progress and run it ON THEIR WEBSITE, so its impossible and also illegal

ahrefs semrush and kwfinder are best tool to find keywords that your competitor are already working on but why you want them, why you are not find for new keywords that have no competition or very low competition and rank for those keywords.

Go for ahrefs or semrush. It will really help you analyze the keywords of your competitors and their backlinks so that you can work the same for your website.
