Hello friends,

I'm here to seek for a passionate, motivated person who are willing to make a JV with me.

The info I have, has been collected for 4 years, and it's 100% pure. What's exactly the info? - 100% .UK based E-mails with Phone numbers, and client details. Around 30k+ list.

Demographics are following: 40-50 years old - 60%; 18-40 years old - 30%; 50-70 years old - 10%.

This is a great opportunity who knows how to monetize this, and cash in long-term. And this is for person, who's ready to put their effort for 110%.

What else do you know about your audience?
Are they targeted? What are their interests?
I hope you just didn't scrape them from some random site?
Have they opted-in through one of your sites (what was the incentive)?
 
I know everything about the audience. Have gathered them for 4 years an I've perfectly analysed them.

Are you going to be the one sending the e-mails or not? For me this is the most important factor as I haven't been using Mailer King or any other software for a long, long time and it will take me a while to get used to it again.
If you can send the e-mails I will be able to monetize them pretty well and depending on the info you give me about your audience I will be able to make an aprox. projection.

The e-mails are 100% .UK based, the info includes E-mail, Phone, Name, Surname, ZIP. 65% of the e-mails are females, 35 %male. Most of females aged from 25-55, as well as males. I'm looking for someone who is willing to buys this 30k+ list or make a joint venture with me(who is 100% sure who knows how to earn).

you cant monetize a scraped list "long term".. its a short term blast and see results. For long term they would have to optin to you themself.
