We've been having some bad experience with hiring online animators to create a one minute explainer video. The freelancers that we've hired (through certain online gig sites) have not been able to deliver the quality that they advertise in their examples and references.

So here's the details:
-A minute custom 2D animated explainer video.
-Voiceover will be provided
-Must use Adobe After Effects and not Vnoyd or similar.
-Be able to delivery with 3 days
