Looking for a idea based on this concept

I am looking for a idea based on the below concept .

Near to me there is a local office . He has workers as well as investors . Let me tell you what does his investor and workers do .

Investors give their sites to him as a ad for the peoples to see .

This guy has a site like neo bux , and he just ask to click next , next and he ll give per day 25 site for workers .

He charges minimum of 20$ for workers for joining his team and maximum of anything . He says that workers can earn 1% a day of what they invested . So its 30% a month . Apart from VAT etc , he gives 25% per worker per month . So the investment what worker is doing has become his own money as soon they deposit . After that The investors who gives money to give ad for peoples to see is what he is paying for workers .

He puts all his money in forex and trades and make good returns . Thats no public risk even if he losses in forex market since it has become his own money.

I need a concept like this , coz i can get workers easily , i want to know what i can give work to workers and how to give directly from investors . I Dont want to start the same concept he has started in our city . Perhaps i want to start different but same line .

It sounds like you understand it much better than you can explain it. Why do you not want to do exactly the same? You know it's a profitable business model.

well its profitable . But at starting its difficult one to deal . since if i go and speak with companies they will ask how many workers u have . without starting with companies i cant charge for workers . I dont want to cheat them , i want to do genuie and long time . So looking for a idea based on this concept
