Looking for a GUN wordpress expert, please read description.

I'm after a wordpress expert, i need an already custom theme that needs to be changed to suit what i am after.
I have already had 2 people have a go and were not able to get it done.
The first thing i need doing is to do with searching, i need to be able to use the inbuilt search on the from to search for tags only.
I asked at the developer site and they said it can be done.

Its easyier if i can show someone, prefer to chat via skype if possible.


Look forward to anyone in this field having a look.
