Looking For A Guide to help me make 30$ a Month

Heres a little info on me
Im 19 turning 20 in Feburary.
Im attending College for learning Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. My skills are only basic at the moment but at the end of the semester I believe i will be very familiar with all of the adobe programs.

Iv been in IM for about 6 months now when i started off I Spent my first month researching and then for 2 months i made a 100$ each month.
The problem is after the new Instagram Security iv only made 15$ these last 3 months :/

I think if i branched off into learning Adsense and setting up a website with a targeted niche i can make some extra income and if anyone is willing to help me id be greatly appreciated!!!
Im a great Listener I Have all the time in the world to put into this journey and ill put my heart and soul into this if someone can help me!

You have probably made a mistake by saying you want to earn $30 a month Anyway try to offer your design services on fiverr, Im pretty sure you can earn more..

The only reason my goal is so low is because there is a yearly pass that costs 30$ a month. And I thought it would be good for me to start with a goal that isn't to hard to achieve to help keep my motivation up. I want to eventually earn hundreds a day but i know im far from that and have much to learn. So i'm taking this in steps rather then leaps if that makes sense. I really want to find a method that works for me so I can eventually scale it or learn from it and move to bigger better things

If you were looking to make money using your skill set then Fiverr or Odesk is your best bet. If however you wanted to try something different use Googles keyword planner to find a decent niche with low-medium competition. Buy a few domains and start posting 5-10 entries a day related to your target niche. Once you have a few sites with 500+ posts on them start backlinking like a boss, push the social media etcetc. All standard WH stuff. Alternatively, buy 100's of .infos, create a single wordpress theme that you can just mirror across all of your sites and spam the hell out of em using Scrapebox and any other tool you can find. There are so many techniques its hard to say what you should do, it really needs to be tailored to what you want.
