Looking for a graphics designer.

We're looking for an experienced graphics designer that can create creatives for our offers.

You must be
- experienced with CPA
- all sizes of images as well as .GIF images.
- must provide an example of a creative for an offer of our choosing
- English must be fluently spoken
- must be able to create images in a TIMELY MANNER (within 24 hours depending on the "order size")
- Advertising
-- You MUST be experienced with advertising. Reason being, you need to know what catches people's eyes, because your pay will depend on how good your images are for the creatives.
- Must be able to create catchy creatives of all sorts everything from leader boards, to banner ad's, to email creatives.


Your STARTING pay rate will be discussed privately depending on the quality of your work.
You will NOT be paid PER IMAGE, you WILL be paid a percentage.

Where should I look then? I'm not good at these kinds of things.

I want GOOD quality work, not some 5 minute piece-it-together job.

Why wouldn't this be a good place to search for? I'm sure we have a lot of talented designers here.

That's what I was thinking lol.

He may have meant that this isn't the right section to look for graphic designers. The 'Hire A Freelancer' section will probably get you better results.
