I am in the process of creating a site for children. I have search for WP themes and found - http://demo.themefuse.com/?theme=kiddo-turf

I really like the design but the site I'm creating cannot have the sun, rain, clouds, etc... It needs to be cooler but vector-based.

If you're a graphics designer that can mimic a similar design but with spaceships and other cool concepts, please send me a PM with your portfolio.

Depends what can be done... If it's just creating the background image then I can go upwards of $200.

If it's for creating the entire design of the site then I can go higher...
