Looking for a graphic designer

I am looking for a designer to assist me on a project I am working on. The job itself will include an initial meeting to discuss the projects requirements, resulting in 8 seasonal variations of one logo. I have tried some designers in the past and the quality of their work was not quite up to standard, so I am looking for something of high quality which I am willing to pay top dollar for. Skype contact is absolutely essential, so please do not contact me if you are not comfortable talking in a group conference call. This is not an amateur job for a random blog site, only serious designers with extensive portfolio's will be considered. If we like your work, it will likely become a regular paying position for all graphics within the site.
