I need a good graphic designer to design a graphical post (like the ones you see in the marketplace) for a decent price.

Hey everyone, thanks for all the PMs and offers. I hired a guy and I will receive (hopefully) his graphical post next week. If it won't be as good as I need it to be I will update you guys here and continue my communication with the rest of you. Thanks again.

*reliable* designer that can give us a good price for our first time (if it will work we'll hire you again in the future) - please send suggestions with examples to my Inbox or here. Thanks people!
 
You really scare off talent when you say things like, "for a decent price." Imagine going into a hospital with a broken arm and saying you're looking for a doctor who will fix you up for a decent price.

Same principle.

The "small" difference here is that this is a market with changing prices based on negotiations. It's not a freaking hospital. Plus, I didn't write "give me cheapest prices ever!!!11" - decent price is a legit way of asking for a small consideration.

Bottom line - I got a lot of PMs :)
