I am looking for a good web designer that can make a design that will be used for a bank website. Delivery is to be done before payment. If the design is good, I will buy it from you.

More details follows. PM me if interested.

At least offering a 25% up front payment, would give you more chance of finding a designer. like the guy above, no-one will do it for payment after completion, too much for no gaurentee of payment.

A bank. No up front. That's risky.

If it's a bank, then you must need a whole team of pro's to do the site: UX, UI, coder, etc.. A freelancer would not be adequate, but a whole team of people or freelancers would do..

    I second this!

If you're looking for more cheaper price, try fiverr :D
    Good luck!

Looks like middleman to me. Nick is quickhotels, asking for bank website and that too with delivery before payment? All these signs shows he is not the owner of original gig but looks middle man. even if he is middle man, i wonder which bank is asking him to work with no upfront. are you sure it is bank and not an HYIP or some risky MMO stuff in the name of bank?

That's what I thought too. I mean, what kind of bank would hire some freelancers on a black hat forum to do sites for them? Must be some kind of HYIP.. or things like that.
