Looking for a good VPS to run SB on

As the title says, please recommend providers that YOU have PERSONALLY used.

I found a lot of websites selling real cheap VPS, but most (if not all) of them were recently registered and they looked fishy. Not getting kicked off the server is my 1st concern, price comes 2nd.
