Dude you can easily find them by doing a quick Google search, I don't think you are going to have a good suggestion here.

There are none. They are all offshore.

USA and Great Britan - one of the largest offshore harbors...
and then some Europe countries (such as Monako) and island...

Shipping from the U.S. and paying 50% means you would have to sell the meds at 300% the local pharmacy value.
