Looking for a good Twitter tool

I'm looking for a good tool that can be set up to follow targeted peeps on Twitter. I have Hummingbird 2, but not pleased with the results.

I manage multiple twitter accounts and I need to build their followers quickly. Any suggestions?

Can be used for most niches, you just gotta be careful and stick to it and change things every once and awhile. You're basically putting yourself in front of everyone that uses certain terms.

I've switched over to TweetAttacks and it's been great so far. I feel like I haven't even scratched the surface of what it does it has so many features.
